Strategy: Program review and framework

Krispy Kreme emerged from COVID keen to reinvigorate their local store marketing campaigns, with a focus on community sporting groups. We worked closely with head office and local managers across the organisation to understand their unique objectives and existing ad hoc processes, to develop a cohesive framework for a more efficient and effective Community Sponsorship program. This included a reworking of the community fundraising program to minimise complexity and maximise value for both the sporting clubs and client.
